micro1 is engaging Korean Bilingual Experts to contribute to a high-impact project for a valued customer. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

1. Listen to audio clips in Korean and evaluate the nativeness and fluency of the speaker or model output.
2. Assess pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity according to established guidelines.
3. Document your assessments with clear, concise written feedback in English, noting key linguistic factors.
4. Provide detailed justifications for each evaluation to ensure clarity and consistency in results.
5. Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements or address ambiguities in language content.
6. Contribute insights to help improve AI model performance in Korean language understanding and generation.
7. Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned audio review tasks, maintaining high standards of quality.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Professional fluency in Korean and English, with demonstrated ability in both written and verbal communication.
2. Proficiency in Korean, with experience navigating multilingual contexts.
3. Background in translation, linguistic quality evaluation, or language instruction.
4. Strong attention to detail, especially in identifying linguistic subtleties and cultural context.
5. Prior participation in projects related to AI, data annotation, or content localization is advantageous.
6. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver consistent, high-quality results in a remote engagement.
7. Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills, with a passion for language and technology.
